Chocolate Gelatin

These delicious, chocolate flavored gelatin snacks made with NIDO® 1+ are easy to make and take less than 30 minutes to prepare. Make sure to allow at least 3 hours to refrigerate to perfection.

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Prep Time: 15 min
  • Cook Time: 5 min
  • Standing Time: 3 hrs
  • Servings: 10

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups water
  • 3 heaping tablespoons NIDO 1+
  • ¾ cup NESTLÉ NESQUIK Chocolate Flavor Powder
  • 3 envelopes (7 grams each) unflavored gelatin

MATERIALS (optional):

Decorative cookie cutters

DIRECTIONS:

COMBINE water, NIDO 1+, NESQUIK, and gelatin in small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Pour into 9-inch-square or 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Cool to room temperature; cover with plastic wrap.

REFRIGERATE for 3 hours or until firm. Cut out shapes using cookie cutters.
